I really had no idea what to expect with red light therapy. I saw an ad on facebook and wanted to try it. Being in the bed is so relaxing. It is wonderful! The overall wellness was very beneficial. I lost inches and my sleeping improved so much. The staff is so wonderful helpful. I recommend if you are thinking about it to try it.

I really highly recommend this place. My fibromyalgia has almost completely gone and I have tried everything under the sun for the last 7 years and I finally found something that's doing the work and it's red light therapy,the staff are wonderful and kind.... I was kinda skeptical about it but it really has changed my life and I am very appreciative of that. So many benefits to using the red light therapy. :-)
