Great lost
I bought a vanity that needed adjustment. The owner, Bill, promised me that he would get in touch with one of his employees to come to do the adjustment. For almost 3 months now he told me that he would get in touch with the person who would do the adjustment...promises but no follow through and didn't have the integrity to inform me that the person was unable to come by. Certainly not the way to treat a customer.

This place is 50 /50 ! I went to the store and had super helpful people. They even gave me a “discount” due to items not being in the store and they have to be ordered. It’s been about 1.5 months and the items still aren’t in. I am out $160 ?? I have Called multiple times and every time they say they will call me back or something diverting such as : it’s been ordered and we will call. Help me understand what the situation is.
