La vendeuse, la nouvelle manager du magasin se prends pour une autre, j’ai acheté un set de vaisselle et il était magané, super lourd, elle m’a fait le ramener au magasin et après misère: j’ai acheté un autre 2 bols cassés. Quand je suis revenue avec les 2 bols cassés elle m’as dit d’apporter encore tout le set mais j’avais jeté les boites vue qu’elle m’a dit que celui la doit être correct Si elle aurait utilisé un bon service à la clientèle elle n’aurait pas fait ça!
