I was concerned with delivery delay. Amanda responded within a vrry few hours and I received the order within one week ... good communication and in time delivery.
Excellent service and follow-up with Bridget. Our order was backordered for almost 4 months, but she was always keeping us update about the delays. We received our order and this is sooo beautiful in our new kitchen.
I love my chandaliers! There was some breakage but Briget at Litemode was responsive and quick to assist me in getting more bulbs. Thanks Litemode!
Amazing variety and beautiful pieces but customer service is extremely poor. The sales associate has lots of attitude and didn’t even show any interest to sell and help us out. Kind of felt like she was doing us a favour rather than helping us out. We have chosen 4 pieces and were ready to leave a deposit but their attitude including the managers really disappointed us where we decided to leave and not purchase anything.
