Customer service was excellent and light was shipped quickly. As it is not yet installed, I am unable to give any review about the light
I can only speak to my experience online with litemode. I initially ordered a vanity light for my bathroom which I was promptly emailed about saying it was out of stock and backordered with an expected in stock date. I followed up with litemode a few times, specifically back and forth with Stephanie, and unfortunately the manufacturer kept giving a later and later date.
