I highly recommend the Lite Center for all of your weight loss needs. Our health is so important and they have helped me get healthy again in the process of losing weight. I am completely off my blood pressure and diabetic medications. My blood cholesterol, triglycerides and other blood works are in the normal ranges. The Lite Center is the absolute best place to go to lose weight!!! I joined in 2020 and it's the only program that has ever worked for me!!! Literally all you have to do is eat and you lose weight! I'll forever be grateful for the ladies here!! The staff is so supportive and so helpful! It's 2025 and I've still kept the weight off!!
I have had the best experience with the Lite Center program! 30lbs down so far and it’s never been so easy! I would recommend this to anyone ready to lose weight!
I have been working with Michelle and Tina just short of 4 weeks. I've lost 12 lbs. All with never feeling hungry and all of the support anyone could ever need. They are just a text or phone call away. The community online they have developed helps as well. They lay out the expectations and help you meet them. Absolutely the best decision I've ever made.
