I shopped around for a law firm to help with a real estate matter. The Litchney practice was not only easy to communicate with and clear on their pricing, they were also very reasonably priced. In fact, when we first met Ms. Litchney in person I kept on asking about contingencies and possible added fees later; she said there were none, and a year later I can attest she was honest about it.
