I went in on a Saturday and explained that my Black Lab was constantly scratching and his skin was flaking off. She sold me some shampoo and recommended a dog food that I said I would think about. Seven days later I went back to try her food recommendation. When I reintroduced myself she drew a blank and said "I have so many customers, I don't remember you." Seriously?
