Both Bank officers I deal with for a situation I had, were on top of things and were extremely helpful. I’ve always liked this bank in Litchfield and have kept the accounts even though I don’t live in the state anymore.
Ashley was very personable, professional, attentive to my needs, and very patience!
I wanted to make some adjustments in my accounts and have found a real gem to work with. Ashley Bates is amazing helping with the changes and making suggestions in my banking. She makes you feel like she is in your corner and cares about you. She does what she says she and follows up. Bottom line she is a fantastic employee. We all know how difficult it is to find people out there who go out of their way to do their best. She is definitely a keeper.
While I’m writing this specifically for Heather, it actually holds true for all the folks at the Litchfield branch. They are all just like Heather………helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I know that whenever I have a question related to my accounts, I can go in and get it answered same day. They are all an absolute pleasure to deal with……..they make you feel like family! Thank you to Heather and everyone else……you guys ROCK!!! Change nothing! 💜💜💜
At Northwest CB in Litchfield. I had accounts that needed to be revised. Kara, who processed the changes was just remarkable. It was time consuming & she did it with a smile the whole time. Now, they give you a new debit card at the bank, without waiting for it to be sent to you. Great service.
