This is my seventh week of exercising and watching what I eat and it is incredible. The difference just standing waiting for my cup of coffee to brew. I had to sit down 6 weeks ago and now I can stand there no problem. I used to crawl up the steps and now I an able to walk upright. It was all I could do to walk around the house 6 weeks ago, but now I'm walking for 40 minutes with weights on my ankles and weights in my hand, With very little pain. I weighed myself at the six week mark and I'm down 18 pounds

I have had an excellent experience at the Listowel Hypnosis centre. Tamara has sparked a light within myself which I had lost years ago. My main goal was to lower and control my weight. I have done so much more than that. Regaining self worth and , methods to control my emotions, as a way to lower my Blood Pressure has such a positive benefit to my physical health. I was drinking multiple cans of Coca-Cola everyday when I started hypnosis. Now, I have water all day everyday and I might have a soft drink every couple weeks. I now feel how much better water makes me feel. I stopped my snacking at night as I realized I was dehydrated from all the cola. I have been walking everyday and eating better. I could not have done this without the Listowel Hypnosis Centre
