well where do I start? I got a real shock on June 26 of this year. I seen a photo of me and my grandson at his grade 12 grad. It broke my heart. I cried. I hated it. I called myself some mean names. I first heard about Listowel Hypnosis at the Home and Lifestyle Show in Listowel, and was intrigued about Hypnosis. I went in for the free screening for weight loss. Listowel Hypnosis made me feel at ease with my decision to start my weight loss journey. I wish I had heard about this years ago. That was four years ago. This is my seventh week of exercising and watching what I eat and it is incredible. The difference just standing waiting for my cup of coffee to brew. I had to sit down 6 weeks ago and now I can stand there no problem. I used to crawl up the steps and now I an able to walk upright. It was all I could do to walk around the house 6 weeks ago, but now I'm walking for 40 minutes with weights on my ankles and weights in my hand, With very little pain. I weighed myself at the six week mark and I'm down 18 pounds
