Absolutely terrible service from Mark Lister. We had engaged him to handle probate for my late mothers estate, as he has been consulted by our FA regarding a number of trusts. Things appeared to get off to a good start, as he requested all of the documentation. After the passing of my mother, we placed the probate business with this company. For the first full calendar year, literally nothing was done or even started, despite multiple requests and communications (nearly all of which were ignored), which added to the family stress no end. We didn't receive the 'extraordinary customer service' alluded to in their home page mission statement.
