I have never used a public defender before but I decided to go with the public defender in my case because he was in the courtroom everyday with these prosecutors and before this judge. On my first appearance a female attorney from Lister, Holt, and Dennis talked to me about choosing the public defender and told me the fee was $500. So I hired them. I was assigned attorney Robert Ferguson by the firm and when we met he told me the fee had gone up to $600 but he done some extra work on my case so my fee would be around $1000.... read more

Eryn Jenkins was my public defender she did an amazing job fines and community service lower and 2 cases dismissed thank you so much for your services

This lady Mrs. Kendall Taylor did an amazing job. Not only once but twice. 2 trials. The 1st was a mistrial and even though the state added an additional 3 charges and I wasn't willing to accept no pleads even though everyone thought it would be in my best interest, she fought for me 2 whole jury trials and didnt fold even though she so soft spoken.
