John is a legend! I honestly cannot recommend him enough. We are first-time home buyers and we had absolutely no clue what to do or what was going on most of the time! John always took the time to explain every little detail of the application process. We had issues with the bank, and he sorted it out so quickly! He made us feel safe and taken care of.
