List has some great therapist but their management is toxic. I recently discovered that a supervisor from Bay City List was having an affair with her client even though she is happily married. This place is a nightmare.
Made an appt on Jan 23rd for Feb 5th received a phone call from Angie stating she thought it was a mistake. I asked why and she replied well I scheduled appts for 2 patients last week with your last name so yours must be a mistake. I told her she was wrong and I was a returning patient. I know an abused child that was a client here and received NO HELP!! Also the office staff and staff manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
