I made an appointment expecting to speak with the lawyer directly, but instead I spoke with a representative. After I explained my situation she suggested apply for VAWA, even though I don’t qualify for it. That didn’t feel right to me.
Very disappointed with the service I received. The person who assisted us did not have the necessary knowledge to answer our questions and was not an attorney. It was concerning to learn that ChatGPT was being used to answer questions for which clients are charged a $99 upfront fee, especially when the information provided was basic and could easily be found online.
