Mimi is argumentative and when we showed her an area of the dress alteration that was not quite right, she yelled at us. I was quite shocked at her behavior.

I called last minute to see if they could repair a bookbag and they said to bring it over so they could take a look. The seamstress jumped right up, examined the problem, and immediately repaired it! They were so friendly and cheerful, I definitely highly recommend their service!
