EDIT: Lisa was right, my back is very sore the day after. But, with how many knots she worked out, it's understandable! Went in for a 30- minute deep massage to get rid of some of the knots in my back. What I got instead was 45 minutes of laughter and joy as Lisa worked through each knot. She accepted me as a new client quickly, was eager to answer any questions had, and made the whole experience enjoyable! If you're having any pain, go see Lisa!
Hi Lisa! I woke up this morning expecting to feel a little tender, but that wasn’t the case at all. I feel great! I noticed right away that I had more/better flexibility in my neck when I did my stretches today. I still have numbness in my shoulder and I assume I will for a while. My experience with Lisa is just fantastic! She is a skilled massage therapist, really taking the time to get to know her clients so she can help in the best way possible. I carry alot of tension in my shoulders and back, and she worked out all the kinks so that I left feeling relaxed. I highly recommend Lisa! She is truly a kind and caring person.
