I would consume in 1 week , bags of lollies, packs of biscuits, cakes , crossiants and anything else sweet. My weight was out of control. Lisa is great! She isn't just a band aid fix, she goes deeper to get to the source of your issues with timeline therapy &hypnotise. I haven't experienced either before but Lisa was so easy to speak to, didn't rush me and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would defiantly recommend contacting her, she helped me break some habits that I thought where unbreakable.
Lisa & Sarah listen and consider your requests when discussing photo shoot options for your products. They really understand the feeling you want to portray. Their turn around times are quick, editing is well done, especially if it is a last minute shoot. Would recommend to anyone!
Lisa truly has worked wonders for me, i went to her for help with motivation for fitness and diet for my overall physical wellbeing.
