Lisa is by far the most skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever visited. Her knowledge of anatomy and ability to pinpoint dysfunction and alleviate problems is unmatched. Her expertise around the neck /shoulder/head particularly make you feel completely at ease . You are in amazing hands, quite literally!!!
Lisa has done an amazing job un tying the old knots in my back the first time I saw her. I booked another session to see if she could help ease the shoulder pain I've had for years following injuries to both shoulders. Lisa explained what was going wrong with my muscles and tendons and what she was doing to rectify. Following that session, I can now do shoulder presses in the gym without any nerve pain or pinching. Thoroughly recommend her for injury recovery or just to listen stubborn muscles.
The massage which Lisa provided has resulted in a great improvement in the flexibility in my lower back. It also removed the pain I was experiencing when bending. Her explanation of what muscles she was working and why provided me with more understanding of what I was doing wrong to cause the problem in the first place. 100% happy and will gladly recommend Lisa to anyone.
Saw Lisa for the first time recently. She was lovely and friendly and most importantly amazingly effective with her treatment which was a combination of hot rocks and massage therapy. The only downside is the hour went way too quickly :)
Lisa is a thorough professional. Untied many knots Inc ones I never knew I had.
