Lisa has indepth knowledge and works magic on the old aches and pains. Recommended
Lisa is amazing, I have had issues with my lower back for years. Lisa recommended a myofascial release massage and it has made a huge improvement to relieving my lower back pain and my posture has also improved. 100% recommended
I first visited Lisa Thornton for ongoing pain in my left shoulder. She worked on my back and shoulder and I can finally say i am pain free. She then recommended her daughter Grace Thornton for an aromatherapy massage and I can honestly say that my shoulder and back has never feel better. I could not recommend Lisa and Grace enough, they have both helped and relieved my pain in my shoulder.
After suffering years of headaches, neck and shoulder pain I visited Lisa. She did myofascial release and what a relief its been, I'm like a different person. I can't recommend her enough, she is the only person who has got to the bottom of what was wrong with me and I am so very grateful to her.
