Exceptional customer service
Horrible customer service. I’ve been promised a follow up call. Never received it. Everytime I call in or email they ask the exact same questions as if I didn’t provide them with the information already. I really like to support black businesses but details like this makes me not want to.
Never answers the phone highly unprofessional! Never responds to emails either. I love to support black businesses but sometimes they treat you the worst.
