Exceptional customer service
Horrible customer service. I’ve been promised a follow up call. Never received it. Everytime I call in or email they ask the exact same questions as if I didn’t provide them with the information already. I really like to support black businesses but details like this makes me not want to.
Never answers the phone highly unprofessional! Never responds to emails either. I love to support black businesses but sometimes they treat you the worst.
Entering the office I was immediately relaxed by the aroma therapy from the oil diffusers. Having ones taxes done can be stressful, so I was grateful for the aroma therapy. The staff was knowledgeable and caring! I received professional service across the board. I also truly appreciated the patience given to me. I had my child with me, and they understood my situation.
