My hygienist, Beth, was wonderful. She kept the conversation light and did a great job on cleaning and checking my teeth. I left feeling happy instead of in pain which has happened at previous dentists.
I have to say that so far my experience has been great. Everyone is so kind and courteous. I have already made an appointment to have my first cleaning at Twin City.
The entire staff at Twin City Dentistry always makes my experience comfortable and pleasant! I actually look forward to going to the dentist!! :)
I have been going to this place for 17 years. They saved my teeth! They are so caring. All the hygienists are gentle, friendly and super-skilled. The place has a terrific, family feeling. Highly recommend!

I work in healthcare and therefore take a special interest in how a medical office runs. Everyone at Twin City Dentistry was incredibly friendly through my entire new patient experience - from the time I scheduled my appointment until check-out. The staff investigated to see what was covered under my insurance then helped me decide what I wanted to have done based on that. I like going to the dentist because I get such great care.
First , I arrived early and only waited 5 minutes. Then I had a real, nice pretty lady to clean my teeth. Her name was Beth.We hade a nice conversation when I could talk. She was very professional and did a good job. I was surprised that the charge was less than I had counted on, I had my teeth cleaned. I go back in a month for a filling.The book keepers were also nice.
