The office staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have to change an appointment they are accommodating and helpful.The hygienists and technicians are all very knowledgeable, gentle and friendly.

Listen, I can't say enough about the response and support I received from TwinCity Dentistry. I called DeeJay on a Monday to ask for help with a sore tooth, and she had me in a chair by ten o'clock the next morning. Beth looked after me, worked the X-ray quckly, so that by the time Dr. Holland came into the room, he had the information he needed at hand. I had a great experience with the staff at Twin City Dentistry. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They spent hours working with my insurance to make sure that my visit was covered. And the dental hygienist Beth was phenomenal. Dr. Holland is a great dentist and really put me at ease. All the staff went above and beyond.
I was seen ahead of schedule. The staff were personable. The care was efficient and comprehensive. Parking is great on the street in front.
