Was a typical visit for cleaning. Everything and everyone were wonderful. Especially the cookie.
Beth did s fantastic cleaning job, easy and painless. She's also a wonderful conversationalist and made the time pass in a very pleasant way.
My fiancé and I both had excellent experiences today with everyone we met. Angel is a careful and professional hygienist, which is what one wants in a hygienist! (Apparently, putting salt in the mouth helps immensely with a strong gag reflex). And, bonus, we had an interesting conversation. Dr. Holland is a caring and gentle person. Long time patient but first time with Nicole. Best cleaning I have ever had, any where. Very knowledgeable and personable. Gave excellent tips for success on oral hygene without making me feel guilty for bad practices. Her use of technology was impressive as she used tools that have been in the office for a while but not used in the past. From the minute you enter the door until you check out , you are treated with kindness and respect. It is one of the few remaining small practices with a personal touch. The staff knows you and seems to appreciate your patronage. I am a fairly new client but feel as if I have been a patient for a long time. Thank you!
Needed a new dentist when I moved to town and the online reviews made this place stand out. Now, after a cleaning and a filling restoration I see why. The staff here is remarkable, from the ladies at reception to Dr. Holland, you are made to feel like you're at home. Never felt more comfortable at a dentist office before this one. The filling restoration couldn't have been easier with Dr. Holland and assistant Amanda. Can't say enough about this place. And the freshly baked cookie at the end? Gold stars all around.
Dr. Holland is a very caring dentist and I appreciate him. His staff are always so polite and courteous and a pleasure with which to deal.
