Where do I begin. I have gotten the privilege of getting Cranial Sacral Therapy from Lisa for the last 3 months, and the positive changes that have happened since are unimaginable. I came to this with a little bit of awareness of craniosacral, but no previous experience. Lisa was so welcoming, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, open, curious, precise, warm. The therapeutic sessions were always clearly focused, informed and transformative. it is an incredibly intense and utterly safe and supported process. Each session was surprising and over only a few I found that profound development occurred. I'm very grateful and recommend Lisa so highly.
