I had pregnancy related sessions with Lisa and it has helped immensely with my fear towards birth. I felt confident and ready to deliver my baby post my sessions with Lisa and successfully delivered my baby boy naturally without any medication as planned. I also think the sessions were helpful in general beyond birth preparation purposes, so I highly recommend Lisa. She is gentle and caring and you definitely feel the benefits after one session.

Lisa is an incredible doula. Without her support I would not have been able to deliver a natural vaginal birth, no induction, no painkillers, no stitches! The clever thing was that she invited my husband to join the birth consultation session to equip him with the right tools and mindset to be my support person and advocate during the critical times.
