Lisa is nothing short of exceptional; super friendly, really easy to talk to, incredibly insightful, and able to offer excellent clarity and perspective. Only intended to visit for one or two BWRT sessions, but am instead benefitting from regular counselling with Lisa. I've only recently 'discovered' therapy, and wish I'd sought Lisa's help sooner. If you're on the fence, I strongly urge you to book an appointment.
Such a warm and caring Lady I've had 3 BWRT sessions and my life has completely turned around. I feel like the old me again and I couldn't have got here without Lisa.
A lovely lady, who lets you talk through your problems, before helping you with hypnotherapy. She worked wonders with me.
