Please don’t try to use Lisa as a mortgage broker. We tried to use her for the sale of my house based off the good reviews she had but it almost resulted in us losing our house. There was an offer from a lender but once all the documentation was submitted, Lisa completely stopped responding and we haven’t heard from her since. Lisa’s communication is horrible and writing this to hopefully prevent anyone from experiencing what we did. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough and Lisa will do you no favours.
