Last year, we were referred by our retiring tax preparer to Waterfront to get our 2021 taxes done. We sent in our paperwork a little late, maybe 2-3 weeks before tax day, but Waterfront did not complete our taxes until August, after multiple prods. Speaking of multiple prods, I tried calling them about the lateness and was told we could only interact through their web portal.
