I saw Lisa for insomnia, as I had tried most everything else that I was willing to try. In our first two sessions, she put me straight to sleep. Listening to her records furthered my sleeping in between appointments. I still have difficulty falling asleep, but Lisa provided me with an effective therapy that does improve my ability to fall asleep.
