Lisa was able to see me very last minute for a much needed acupuncture session. I’d injured my shoulder doing some exercise and was in terrible discomfort. I fell deep asleep within 5 minutes of the needles being inserted and left completely relaxed after the session. I can also say that two days after my session, my injured shoulder felt a million times better. Thanks so much and will definitely return!

I really recommend Lisa if you are looking for acupuncture. She is really knowledgeable and caring and has been able to help me with a number of things over the years. She is very welcoming and calm, and takes the time to really understand my health history and what factors might be impacting on my health. The treatments are very gentle, and she always tells me where she is going to placing needles so that I am prepared. I have found the treatments to be very effective, both for pain reduction and for increased wellbeing.
