I booked an appointment for a 30 minute shoulder. I have been coming to Lis Massage for 5 year. I kept saying ouch. The massage lady didn’t listen when I said this was too rough. She just kept rubbing. I am in more pain now then I was before entering the shop. Let’s just say I will never be returning.
I have been to many other massage places around the coast and I always tend to come back to Nina at this location. She is great 👍🏽 I honestly am unsure what these other people are worried about if anything a bit too fussy. She asked if pressure was fine and also had a short conversation during! I don’t want to chat through my massage… you are there to relax and this place does just that. How about try starting a conversation yourself instead of relying on them to, it goes both ways Good job Nina & Team
I’ve been a regular client coming once a week and usually see Emma, but I understand she has moved away for a while. Recently I received a foot massage from Nina, and unfortunately my experience was not very pleasant. During the session she did not speak to me at all, not even to check if the pressure was okay. I also felt that she was quite rude toward me for no clear reason, while she was speaking nicely to other staff and clients. It made me feel quite unwelcome. Very bad customer service. They don’t answer you when you talk to them and make you feel like you are annoying them just by being there. No eye contact, minimal communication but will communicate loudly and frequently with their staff in the other room in their language. If you need a last minute massage and can’t find anywhere else then that’s all they are good for.
