I recently visited this massage place with my younger brother, who has Down syndrome, hoping for a positive experience for both of us. While my own booking was handled without issue, the treatment my brother received was utterly unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Terrible experience with pennee. She started 10mins late and then when I asked her to go harder she continued to put more oil on. I don’t think she is a “professional” therapist. I won’t be going back.
Wonderful and very caring!!! Found pain points, cupped and feel so much better! Highly recommended!
