I've been seeing Lis for over a year during my recovery from severe chronic illness. In that time, Lis has helped me with the management of multiple symptoms/issues, including: muscular and general stiffness/soreness (deep tissue massage and myofascial release therapy) as well as helping my body cope with a lot of medication (body brushing and lymphatic massage). She addressed the issues I was having and gave me things in my daily life to work on to continue improvements. I loved that her studio was located in her home - it was so clean, cozy, and inviting! Overall, it was such a lovely experience and would highly recommend visiting!
