The best service from any liquor store that I've been too. The ladies working there are very knowledgeable and always ask for flybys.
Went to purchase some products 3pm Easter Sunday after Gym, lady refused service asking my 16yr old son for id, i said its not for him it is for me. She stated this is our policy and cannot serve. First ive heard in my life at 47yrs old. Went to Dan Murphys and paid 20% less. I respectively see your response. My son is not a customer, he was next to me, i am the customer, a 47 year old. Refusing service to me due to my son at 16 not showing id is riduculous.
Middle aged blonde woman so unhelpful. I waited 5 minutes to be served by her while her coworker was running circles around her really busy and she was doing absolutely nothing and ignoring me. This is embarrassing for Coles and I can’t believe someone employed here is so slow and intentionally unhelpful not only to her coworkers but to customers like me.
