This store is constantly shut for staff to take breaks with a "sorry for the inconvenience" sign on the door. "Back in 15" or "back in 30" Inexcusable considering liquorland is a part of the whole coles monopoly group, it is not a small family owned corner store, whether this is a privately owned franchise or not, it is absolutely ridiculous that they try to cut costs on staffing by doing this. Sophie and her colleague were fantastic. Sophie picked up immediately that I wasn’t sure which beer to go for, and she jumped in with thoughtful recommendations of local brews. Her passion, initiative, and friendly attitude really brightened my day. She even shared her knowledge of local wines, which was a lovely bonus.
