Served by an asian lady. Was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Please educate staff about customer service.
Absolutely disappointing service. I was grocery shopping with my toddler and sent my 15-year-old brother to Liquorland to buy a bag of ice. He was asked for ID and refused, despite ice not being an illegal or restricted item. I work in the liquor industry and hold an RSA. Refusal is only appropriate if there is a reasonable belief the item is being used for alcohol consumption, which was clearly not the case here.
