I had a very disappointing experience at Liquorland West Ryde on 13 March 2026 around 3:05 pm. I was served by a staff member who said his name was Will. I was simply trying to ask a question about one of the products, but he was extremely arrogant, pushy, and dismissive in the way he spoke to me.
