El personal de la tienda es increíblemente grosero, me negaron la compra de botellas por no tener identificación australiana, estoy de vacaciones y le mostré mi pasaporte donde claramente dice que tengo 32 años, incluso se sintió racismo de su parte, horas después fui con mi madre de 60 años y aún así nos negaron la compra, veo que esta tienda muy malos comentarios, deberían hacer algo al respecto con sus empleados, estoy asqueada con su trato al cliente y decepcionada.
Unbelievable experience. I was asked for ID in an unreasonable way, and due to poor internet reception, even loading a digital ID took ages. My friend was waiting outside the shop, not buying anything and not drinking with me, yet staff still demanded my friend’s ID. Because of this, I was refused service. I am 33 years old and still dealing with this is ridiculous. This feels like poor staff training and a complete lack of common sense. I’ve lived in this area for years and have never experienced such inflexible service.
