Never received service like this at any other bottle shop! Came in a few months ago and got served by a lovely young girl and got the same consistent service by Jess this evening. Super approachable and asked my partner and I if we needed any help. She also went out of her way to swap out my wine for a cold one - such a nice touch! Will continue to come back here because of the great service I’ve consistently received.

I went to this liquor store and the experience was really disappointing. The service was terrible from the very beginning. In particular, the blonde female staff member who served me was unfriendly and had a very unpleasant attitude. She seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question about a product and showed no willingness to help The overall treatment was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. Just became a local, first visit the manager made sure he knew me by name, then asked if there's anything I'd like them to stock, best bottle-o ever
Posting this because of one person, Jess. How nice for a staff member come up and ask if they can help , with a smile. Hope I got name right but it was late Saturday afternoon just in case. This lady is an absolute asset to your smallish Liquorland store. Do not lose her.
