Always wrong information store says close by 9 pm but I reached by 8 pm, I found most of time closed.
Shockingly bad service. I'll never darken their doorstep again
Ordered 30min click and collect for a wine to have over dinner. Arrivied at the store 60mins later to collect before going to dinner. Store is shut because the person is on break. Waited 45mins for someone to return, gave up due to dinner reservation. Very poor service. Came back 2 hours later after dinner no real apology couldnt care less. Do better!
Every time I go there it’s shut be it before closing time or during the day! When the staff are out the back smoking eg the other day 10 minutes before closing time and gates shut out back smoking. Stock is never available and constantly being out. Do better. Would you drive there just to find out 60%of the time that it’s closed, only to wait the 10or15minutes they say they will be back as you walk through the door where they are smoking! Only to get in there and they are out of stock.. happens regularly!
