Keely was in store on her own on New Year’s Eve. Crazy busy! Her team member was on a break. She was so amazing! Serving customers, helping an elderly lady, smiling, checking prices for me. Today got a delivery DOORDASH - alcohol was off the shelf - DoorDash had to help server to find the product! Wallsend Liquorland don’t even supply paper bags! Won’t be supporting then ever again! In-house sales also no bags and often drinks aren’t cold or available!

Please update store trading hours on Google. 4th time i have gone in after searching if open online and the guys closed up counting the register. UPDATE YOUR TRADING HOURS SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE THEIR TIME COMING TO YOU.
