I was required to provide a physical ID because the female Asian staff commented “You look younger than your age, just like me.” I’ve been going to this store for over a year and have never been asked for ID before. But somehow this staff believes I looked under 30, despite the legal threshold being 18, and refused service. Then I was blamed for not bringing a physical ID everywhere I go.
