Some of the staff are just trying to make life hard. I, 28 years old, needed to grab something for a Christmas present. But got rejected and told they’d “not serve me again” due to having my 17 year old sister nearby. Regardless that I was purchasing it. Enforcing the such a ridiculous rule would’ve been one thing; but there was no need to snatch the item out my hand or get so hostile and unfriendly. Would rank 0 if I could.
Great service, great selection. Staff always very polite and helpful! 5* - thank you! (I was shocked to see the poor reviews - me and my partner visit weekly and have done for years and never had a bad experience).
