Beer in cold room is always warm! How hard is it to do your job! First in first out, obviously staff are just adding warm beer to the cold stack! Very frustrating as I have to pull cases off the stack to find a cold one! I bet you the beers on bottom of stack are expired! Staff need to try harder or actually try at all very lazy
They get their orders wrong on delivery and refuse to help amend it
Leilani is a wonderful lady who always greets with a warm smile. She is professional, efficient, and attentive, handling multiple tasks with ease while keeping customer service outstanding. I truly appreciate her friendly attitude and dedication every time. Highly recommend Liquorland Thornlands!
