The best bottle shop customer service I’ve ever witnessed/experienced. The woman working tonight (Quin - I asked) was so helpful and good natured it put everyone in the shop in a good mood - I walked out and felt compelled to write a review off the back of that single interaction and watching her work her charm with other the customers too - she knew her stuff. What a legend! Liquorland - pay attention to this one - she’s doing a great job!
Was just told my child could not be in the Summer Hill Liquorland because he was in school uniform! When I queried this new policy (never been an issue before) was told he could be coercing me into buying alcohol for him. Ha. I was buying sweet sherry for a trifle. The woman was so rude. Will take my business elsewhere in future.
Great service during the week. Not so much on the weekend when different staff are on duty. But overall, the store has everything you need in a convenient place with lots of parking on-site.
Honestly terrible service. The lady behind the counter with acne is a horrible person. Super rude. Never greets or responds. I always say hello and get nothing back. Its fine. But manners dont cost a thing. Hope another bottle shop opens up nearby cause this place sucks
