I came in today to be refused to buy a bottle of $100 Patron as a gift for someone, because i had my daughters with me and was accused of being underage when I’m 40 years old with ID. I don’t appreciate being accused of malicious intent. The girl who works there was very rude and barely looks 18 herself. Seems to be an ongoing issue as per reviews. Good way of losing customers. Will be going elsewhere in future. No such guidelines exist!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Liquorland Seaford yesterday. The staff member working was completely on his own all day and still provided exceptional customer service. He had just closed the store briefly so he could take a break, but when he saw me walking up, he reopened the doors so I could make my purchase, then closed again afterwards. Went early today due to the heat to pick up a click and collect order X2. One I had received confirmation that the order was ready other I hadn't. Told the girl that if it wasn't ready I could wait. She said if we waited she would get it together. She admitted that she hadn't even looked at the online orders. When she brought out the second order she was rude and abrupt.
