I had a very disappointing experience at this Liquorland, not only once but many times. Customer service was poor, and the checkout staff member (Asian looking one with tattoos) I interacted with had an unpleasant attitude and poor manners towards customers. This guy does not care, he is a bad news to Coles customers. Employee was making out with his girlfriend at the counter. I like the other employee though cause he can't get a girlfriend so is customer focussed.
The locked whiskey cabinet doors are frustrating … staff are busy talking among themselves and don’t bother if we are waiting for the door to be unlocked… who robs full whiskey bottles?
