Severely disappointed by appalling service received. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!! I was served by a rude older lady with an attitude problem. There was no welcome, no banter and no smile ONCE! After scanning everything we bought up to the counter she then requested ID from myself and my partner. My partner went to fetch our wallet’s from the car as we weren’t expecting to be carded so didn’t have them on our person which was absolutely not an issue. Went to your store at 4.22pm today to find it was closed with a sign stating they will be back at 3.50pm?? We waited for 15 minutes and store remained closed. There were others waiting as well.
