Very disappointing experience.
I drove 15 minutes to get to the bottle shop. The bald guy closed the store before 9 pm.
I rushed out to purchase some items from Liquorland and after battling lunchtime traffic, I arrived at liquorland at 12.40pm only to find the store was closed until 1pm…….? A store such as liquorland closed at lunchtime?????? Clearly Coles has put customer service last and cut back on staff so the poor shop keeper had to close the store to either have lunch or go to the bathroom. SHAME ON YOU COLES for abusing staff and wasting customers time and fuel……! That is a disgrace!
Customer service is rubbish. Super unprofessional
