This place has consistently had friendly and easy-going staff for the 11 years I've been coming here. BUT... the brothers you've got working there on weekends, Jerome and Kyle, are such beautiful and wonderful rays of pure sunshine that I LITERALLY have a better day after seeing them. THANK YOU BOYS, never change!
Jerome at Liquorland North Armadale always delivers outstanding customer service. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. He makes the whole experience easy and welcoming, and it’s clear he takes pride in looking after customers. Absolute top bloke, Liquorland is lucky to have him.
Always great customer service from Jerome and Sam. when you see them on shift, you know fridges are well stocked.
Would give zero stars. 5 times now I've ordered express delivery, only to find out that although the website says the store is open, it's not. Yesterday was a Saturday, probably their busiest day, but closed. Then I have to call the online number, they try and contact the store, and make me wait an hour. Then I have to wait 2 - 3 business days for a refund. Never any apologies. This is no way to run a business. If the website says it's open, and the hours on the website says it should be open, it's false advertising. 5 times... read more
