I visited Liquorland Nerang and was assisted by Vanessa, who provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, the store was unable to get the product I was looking for, but Vanessa went above and beyond by sourcing it from another store and arranging for it to be held for me. I was there half an hour ago the store manager seriously she’s got a really attitude problem. She needs to work on my attitude and show a bit of a smile every time I go there. She never smiles when I get sued by her. She is very rude and she’s she so arrogant, I don’t know her name but she’s blonde. Was the owner will give her a warning or something.
