Customer service from Shelby was appalling during my visit to Coles Liquorland in Mount Gambier. Despite being a regular customer, her consistent rudeness has been evident for the past few days. Today's encounter crossed a line – she recognized me, yet insisted on ID, displaying a rude attitude. To add insult to injury, she refused to scan my Coles TM card. I strongly discourage anyone from going there, especially when Shelby is on duty.
I bought a bottle of Ballentine and halfway threw it realized that I was sold an out of date/expired bottle, nearly finished and threw out my recipe but 100% it was from this store.
Usual selection of alcohol goods. Bought some Fireball & Cola to try. Service was efficient.
